Storytime with Jody Jensen Shaffer!

Join us for a storytime and book launch with local author Jody Jensen Shaffer! Jody is an award-winning poet and the author of more than 70 books of fiction and nonfiction for children. We'll be celebrating the release of her latest book, Sometimes I Am Hot Lava, at this special storytime. This book is a wonderful read for elementary age children; an entertaining story that teaches some simple tricks for managing emotions. Jody will be signing books, and will have some fun activities prepared to go along with her book as well!
